The Sanctuary is a safe haven -or at least the safest place there is- for those who are considered 'abornals'. Whether they are genertically engineered, mutated, cloned or simply naturally born that way, the abnormals are unwelcome in modern society. Those who do know of the abnormal existance are often out for personal gain, an abnormal is worth millions on the black market. Its up to those who have dedicated their lives to the Sanctuary Network to protect not only the Abnormals in their care, but the humans that may fall pray. Not all abnormals play nicely.
